Generate an impact certificate to upload to your Albert carbon action plan
Once you've purchased your carbon avoidance credits through the Ecologi platform, you'll need to upload proof of payment to your carbon action plan. This is usually in the form of the receipt or invoice associated with your Ecologi purchase - alternatively, you can generate an Ecologi impact certificate in your account area.
To create an impact certificate, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your Ecologi profile and select Account on the left-hand toolbar
- Using the drop-down menu, select Certificates
- Once your carbon avoidance credits have been added, on this page you'll see a Generate new certificate button, select this.
- After a moment or two, refresh this page and you'll see that you're able to download a PDF copy of your certificate.
I'm missing a copy of my payment receipt/invoice
Online payment portal purchases
Your receipt is automatically emailed to the email address you entered during checkout.
Manual invoice requests
Your invoice is sent to the email address associated with your Ecologi account, unless you specified a different address when making the request.
Important to note
Unlike regular purchases, billing records are sent directly to your email and are not stored or accessible within your account area, as is the case with regular purchases.
