Changing currency

A guide on editing the currency your bill ss charged in

As our payments provider, Stripe does not offer the functionality to change a currency once it has been set, we are unable to change the currency for an existing account.

Should you wish to set up an account in a new currency, you are able to do so using a different email address than your prior account. Once you have created the new account, please reach out to the Customer Success team via the chatbot on our website, and we will be more than happy to transfer the impact from your old account to the new one before closing the former, essentially circumventing the issue.

Please note that the impact on your new profile page may appear slightly differently, but your overall figures/impact and trees purchased will remain unchanged.
