For help putting your monthly payment on hold, or for closing your account entirely
First of all, we're so sorry to hear you’ll be leaving us.
To stop your monthly payments, there are two options available to you:
1. Pausing / Unpausing your subscription: This will stop your monthly payment but will keep your account active.
In order to pause your account please follow these instructions:

Log in to your account

Go to Account

Choose Manage subscription

Scroll down to Pause subscription

Slide to Pause (to un-pause your account, slide the button again to ‘Subscription active’)
2. Fully closing your account: This will stop your monthly payments and permanently delete your account, online profile, and billing history.
In order to close your account please follow these instructions:

Log in to your account

Go to Account

Choose Manage subscription

Scroll down to Close my account
Important for automated integrations
If you’ve set up an API or Shopify integration, these run separately from your Ecologi subscription. This means that cancelling your subscription or closing your account won’t automatically stop them.
To avoid any further planting or billing, please make sure you log in and pause or cancel your integration directly.
