Pause or close your account

How to pause, cancel, or close your account.

You can pause or stop your subscription whenever you need to.

Pausing your subscription

  1. In the left-hand menu, select Climate action workforce.
  2. On the Plan tab, select Pause subscription and follow the prompts. Pausing stops your monthly payments while keeping your account and impact, so you can start again when you're ready.

Closing your account

To close your account entirely, or to move the impact you've funded to another account, contact our team using the chatbot on our website and we'll take care of it for you.


Important for automated integrations

If you’ve set up an API or Shopify integration, these run separately from your Ecologi subscription. This means that cancelling your subscription or closing your account won’t automatically stop them.

To avoid any further planting or billing, please make sure you log in and pause or cancel your integration directly.
