Step-by-step guide on making one-off purchases through the Impact Shop
To use the Impact shop and make a purchase, you should log in or create an Ecologi account. We have a range of accounts available, all of which are detailed below:
For businesses:
For individuals:
Once you have your account set up and are logged in, you can follow these steps to make a purchase:
• Visit the Impact Shop
• Select the project you are interested in funding
• On the next screen you’ll have the option to choose from pre-selected volumes
or you can select a custom amount.
• The optional ‘Funded by’ box allows for personalisation of the ‘tile’ that will be shown
on your Ecologi profile once the purchase is complete. If nothing is entered in the
‘Funded by’ box, the tile will show the name of the Ecologi account in this field.
• When you are happy with your purchase, click ‘Add to basket’.
• You may now return to the product page to continue browsing, or view your
shopping basket (found in the top right of your navigation bar) when you are
ready to complete the purchase.
• At checkout, you will be asked to confirm your billing details. Please check these
carefully as these details will be included on the invoice and/or receipt.
• UK customers have the option to pay via card or generate an invoice for
BACS payment. For customers outside of the UK, we only support card payments at this time.
• If you pay by card, the tiles representing your impact will be added to your Ecologi
profile immediately when the payment is complete. A receipt will be emailed to the
address associated with the account.
• If you choose to pay by invoice, this will be sent to the billing address provided and
should be paid within 30 days of issuance. The tile representing your impact will be
added to your Ecologi profile as soon as the payment is received.
