Payment methods

Your guide to paying by card, invoice, or through our sales team

Pay by Card

You can pay securely by debit or credit card for all Ecologi purchases, including subscriptions and one-off contributions in the Impact Shop. Card payments are processed instantly, so your impact is added to your profile straightaway. A list of card providers supported by our payments provider, Stripe, can be found here.

Pay by Invoice

If you're billed in GBP when using the Impact Shop, you can also choose to pay by invoice at checkout. You’ll be asked to provide your billing address and email.

An invoice will then be generated and sent to your billing email. You can settle it via BACS within 30 days. Once payment is received, the impact is applied to your profile. 

Manual Billing

In some cases, for business customers, our sales team may issue invoices directly. Depending on the purchase, you may be asked to pay into either our general company account, or a newer, dedicated Stripe account allocated to you as customer. Both are valid Ecologi accounts.

If the payment details on your most-recent invoice differ from the ones you already have on historic file, this is usually why. If you’re unsure, please check with your Ecologi sales contact before making payment. If you don’t have a dedicated contact, use the Chatbot function on our website to reach our support team, who can confirm the details for you.
